If you need a repair, assistance or want to bring something to our attention please email us with the link below. An email will be sent to the appropriate person and they will reply within a couple hours between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. After hours the requests will be responded to the following business day.
If this is an EMERGENCY (i.e. heat, water, electrical or can’t wait until the next response day) please call our office
613-545-1113 and follow the directions to our emergency line. Note that non-emergency calls may have a fee of $75.00
