Testimonials

I lived in a house on Johnson for the 2018-2019 school year which is managed Terri Buller. Terri is the best property manager I have ever seen and it is not even close. Terri has an incredible system set up which enables the tenant to be able to contact someone 24/7 if there is an issue. She is lovely to deal with and always made myself and my housemates feel comfortable talking to her. Terri is very reasonable with any request and understands the student market. I have never had any negative dealings with Terri as she is always transparent and professional. I would highly recommend Terri and Student Village Housing. T. Dorland

The house we rent from Student Village Housing is great for a student house. The house is in good shape, comes with appropriate appliances, and is of reasonable cost. One of the highlights of my experience is how good the company is at helping out their tenants. On multiple occasions, they’ve helped us out with repairing appliances or other household problems, in a very timely manner. Once, they even came out to help us get into the house when the front door was iced shut by a storm. Overall, a really caring landlord and a positive experience. C. Fisher
